Dr. Phillip Smith has lived just across the Lake Murray Dam from Irmo in Lexington, SC since 1974. He is a graduate of the MUSC College of Dental Medicine, a post-graduate affiliate of the L.D. Pankey Institute in Key West, Florida, and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
